does the 650 dash just bolt directly on or does it require custom cutting or fitting?
also does anyone know if the 08 dash fits the 99-03?

Bolts right on. This just replaces the panel that has the cupholder & barf bag hook in it.
No idea on the later dashes as far as fitment, but the instrument cluster is where your major problem lies...

This is one of the things I am doing with mine
I had to trim the top of the jms mount a bit to get it to sit flush as it's a tad too big for the space I am putting it in. The pic makes it look uneven but the black missing from working with it
