I have heard that Nate does an engine flush thats suppost to make it run like a new engine. I would talk to Dan I think he was the one that had it done and posted up about it.

Yes, I did have the intake and oil flush/cleaning done at Nate's. The product is made by BG and it was a completely different truck when I got it back. I would definately call Mike at Strictly Diesel (480-922-8768) and describe what you have and ask if the treatment I had done would be the best way to address the issues. When you call talk to Mike and tell him it's Dan from APG and he will know who it is.

If the EGR delete was a total hack you might want to look at some of the new systems that are out on the market now.

The Crank Case vents into the intake. This may cause alot of what you see in the intake.

Go to NAPA, and buy DEEP CREEP (made by seafoam) and use it to spray into the intake. And do it when the engine is warm.

DO NOT put ATF into your oil. You will need an engine if you do! I would NOT NEVER put an oil additive into these engines.

Just change your oil. The oil has detergents to clean things anyway, it is the lack of oil changes that makes the sludge.

As for a miracle cure, there is NONE. If there was it would cost alot.

But I personally like DEEP CREEP and SEA FOAM.

Sorry to hear about your issue, I know from experience that that is not fun. Def look into the BG products though. They work very well.
