    im retarded, but

so, im just playing with this theory, so i thought some intelligent folks as your selves would like see what im pondering !!

    - this consept is along the lines of a CP3, but for OIL.
so, take the twin hpop, but what if you just used a high preassure pump to feed the back half of the engine like the 4 line set up on a set of twins with out having inline twins.
or, block one port on the stock hpop, thus raising /creating more preassure on the one side........... then using a custom pulley driven HPOP, all brackets and lines being custom........attached as an accessory like a CP.
imagine a pump capable of 3650 psi. such as this one.

    - understanding that the pulley size and some way to adjust the output of the pump would take some creative engineering, but this concept would be very cool alternative too the twin pumps connected in a series.

The thing I would be concerned with would be the lifespan of something from Northern. They do sell some name brand stuff but a lot of it is Harbor Frgt quality.

ya, i just used that for show and tell, not the actual pump to be used. I believe if this went real time, i would consult a hydraulic expert to find a good pump..

It's not just pressure that is important to the injectors, it's volume.

-true, i would imagine finding a pump that can provide the same volume and preassure at the required RPM wouldnt be too hard.

-and feeding an external pump could be done from the oil pan.

-in theory, this can actualy work.

-or get rid of the stock hpop all together, and run one large accessory driven oil pump ?? now why hasnt anyone ever done this i ask ??

Go ahead and prototype one and get some test mules going. It's not easy but I'm sure you can do it.
