New to the club and here to help.

Hello everyone. My name is Gary Maschner. I am here on the site hoping to be able to help many of you, and because I drive a Powerstroke. I am a service advisor at a Ford dealer here in the central Phoenix area (not sure if I'm allowed to use their name on here). I will admit I am still learning a lot about the Powerstroke as I worked for a Chevy dealer in Scottsdale for 10 years. I know a lot of you do a lot of your own work or use local shops, so I'm not trying to take any of their business. But if you have any warranty/extended warranty work or questions let me know. I'm sure most of you have had bad experiences with dealers/advisors or do not trust them, but I want to show you that we're not all the same. Keep in mind my hands are tied with certain repairs due to inspectors, aftermarket products, and specific warranty restrictions. But I will do my best to get your trucks fixed right the first time and as quickly as possible. If you have any questions on your truck, or any Ford vehicle you own and need a trustworthy Advisor & Dealer to take it to let me know.
Also want to say what's up to Nate & Mike at Strictly Diesel, and Rowdy for selling me some mud flaps-no more tickets!

Well the old black one left me stuck on the 51 & northern while going to pickup my trailer for a dune trip.
I see where to edit my signature, but where does it show up? What part is your signature as I'm looking at your posts?

Welcome. Your signature is everything under the partial line at the bottom of the post.
I'm Bill, but you can call me Billy, or Billybob, or Billyjoebob, or Billyjoejimbob, or any combination and I'll probably answer.
I own a 2001 F250 Super Duty crew cab 4X4 with 4" lift. 7.3L with Hypertech Power Programmer, S&B Intake. No other mods yet and no it's not white.
My wife drives a 2000 Excursion 2WD. 7.3L with a Hypertech Power Programmer and no other mods at this point and yes it is white.

Thanks. Gordon's is where we usually go, and normally next weekend too. However my dad's old hunting trailer I use is in need of some work. Last trip generator quit, 2 water leaks flooded the floor, grey water leaks, heater quit. It's a heap.
