6.4L Truck Needed for AutoEnginuity Testing

AutoEnginuity is just wrapping up a new version of their software and they need to verify functionality on several vehicles. If anyone (preferrably on the east side of town, but he will go north or west if needed) has a 6.4L and would be willing to let Jay (the Owner of AE) spend a few hours verifying all of the connectivity and functions, he would greatly appreciate it. Please PM me with contact information that I can give to Jay if you can do this.

wow ,, are they kinda slow on this ? since the 6.4 is extinct?
or is it just because the 6.4 had a short life and this is the norm programming ? or is this just the latest version and they are looking for the latest programming?

Latest version has had some major changes and they have to retest every function on every platform that was updated. Much of the changes was programming cleanup, some are functional within the program...either way, they touched so much code that they are going platform by platform rechecking everything.

I've been gone to TX and haven't been paying much attention to what ford is doing. Is ford doing away with the 6.4? I thought from what I've heard that ti's a pretty good engine but they've had problem with the trucks when they regen or something to that effect.

Lariat, Gauges, K&N air filter, HD4R100 w/ Hughes billet triple disc TC, 6.0 cooler, Hughes high capacity pan, JWVB. BFG 315/75/16 All Terrain AT KO's. Plans include an intake, MBRP dual exhaust, DP tuner, Garret GT38 turbo, stage II injectors, new HPOP, Regulated return fuel system, and i'm sure the list will continue to grow.

theres been a lot more issues than that Dan... and the 6.4L was a bandaid until the 6.7 was ready... as of the next model year, ford is manufacturing their own engines no longer relying on the crappy international powerplants

I'm really good at 'Guitar Hero,' and I thought maybe I should get a guitar. Then I thought, like, I'm really good at 'Grand Theft Auto.' Maybe I should start beating up hookers

Just got word from Jay at AutoEnginuity that he got 99% of what he needed from Barrys dads truck. He sends a HUGE THANK YOU to Marlin (Barrys Dad)!!!

Marlins truck is a 2WD, so the one and only thing he couldn't verify was a 4x4 bi-directional controls list check. If anyone in the east valley can give Jay 15 minutes with their 6.4L 4WD truck to verify this last function, please let me know.
