Let's not turn this into a "competition" or "bashing". Last time I checked, none of us are gang members, no need to be throwing up the "east side" and "west side" gang signs and making a rumble out of it. We're all members of APG no matter where we're located. There are probably a number of reasons for the differences...not the least of which is the fact that I think we have more east side members than west side (guessing off the top of my head anyway).
Anyway, comments like this only serve to alienate people, to those of us out west it sounds like you are are being derrogatory. Try running with my schedule of work, Baylees sports and school activities, and family time and then see how much time you have to socialize. As much as I enjoy hanging out with members here, our family schedule doesn't afford much free time. Just because I choose to spend my evenings with my beautiful wife and daughter, chilling out and watching TV, helping Baylee with homework or just decompressing to some music or a good book doesn't make me anti-social or unfriendly...just busy.
As for your "fearless moderator" comment...lose the attitude. First of all, I don't believe that the comments Dan made had anything to do with being a moderator. I don't appreciate the insulting tone of your response, he's entitled to his personal opinion as much as anyone else here. Dan and I both wear 2 hats on this site...and 99% of the time the comments made are as a "member" and have nothing to do with the operation of the forum. When we do have to wear the "moderator" hat, please show the respect that has been earned. Dan has worked his butt off to help me keep this site clean, family oriented and free from BS, he deserves our appreciation...not sarcasm and attitude.

YEAH!!!! What he said!!!! Dont make me break my foot off in yo a$$!!!! LMAO!!!!
its all good.... i hope there is a good turn out... and I hope some people fromt the west valley area of operations will be able to attend this scheduled event in the east valley of operations... trying to not throw up gang signs dennis... LOL... this is just gonna be a good time... and Brian... its not that expensive to just come hang out... even if you are wearing a bow tie, you are still welcome to the blue oval event... LMAO (i know i drive a chevy too, but there's no bow ties anywhere on it so I can make that joke)
I'm really good at 'Guitar Hero,' and I thought maybe I should get a guitar. Then I thought, like, I'm really good at 'Grand Theft Auto.' Maybe I should start beating up hookers
SERIOUSLY??? GANG SIGNS??? REALLY???
Who said anything about "GANG" members??? Who is throwing up "GANG" signs??? I don't belive anyone here is doing ANY of this... It was a simple discussion that brought up the fact east siders get together a little more than west siders... However their are a few west side guys that travel to the East Valley for these events. I don't think this was ever meant to be a COMPETITION, but more as a motivation!!! GET OUT AND GET TOGETHER!!! Their is a lot of GREAT people on the westside and us guys over here would love to see more of you!!!![]()

Theres a few points in this that irritate me and we all know that I'm a pain in the butt so I'll say them as a member of APG's stand point.
As far as Shawns additude on the mod part it looks to me like Dans post started it with a great amount of sarcasam (I may be wrong if so I'm wrong, but thats how I took it and I know I'm not alone)
Your not the only person thats busy and has a lot on there table, or that spends time with there family. I belive I have only been to one gtg that my wife and daughter did not come and thats cause it was to hot. The east siders have get together to have fun and help each other work on there projects. An apg GTG should be more about the members involved and less about the promotions that come from the gtg's. In the last year or more that I been an APG member we have had GTG's big or small atleast every month and I have only seen you come to 5 events. Nate's gtg at Strictly, Dino day the two events at Speed world you sponsered, and the pavilions once. Have you ever made the time to just come to the east side to a gtg and hang out with the members, so they see you as a member and not just a moderator that preaches at them like there kids? If you take this and get pissed at me I'm sorry we have done our business together and you have helped me out greatly more then a few times. This post has nothing to do with business only as a APG Member thing like you want it to be.
